By air

Washington DC is served by three airports.

The closest, Reagan Washington National Airport, is a 10-15 minute Metro ride to Rosslyn Metro, the closest Metro station to Georgetown University. MetroRail’s Blue Line stops adjacent to Terminals B and C at National Airport. Take the Blue Line to Rosslyn (direction: Largo Town Center). From Rosslyn, buses (GUTS (new window) (new window) or MetroBus 38B (new window) (new window)) and taxis will take you to the Georgetown area. Alternatively, you can walk across Key Bridge.

If you are traveling Monday to Friday between 5:00 am and midnight, you may use the Georgetown University Transportation Shuttle (GUTS) from 19th and N. Moore Streets to Campus or from Campus to 19th and N. Moore Streets. The Rosslyn Metro Station is 1 block from the bus stop.
